In the 1870s, the construction of representative villas for wealthy citizens began on Partyzantów Avenue. Each of the three buildings received a different-style form. The villa closest to the church was built in the neo-Gothic style. The next two buildings were built after one project, but different decorative motifs were applied on the façades. One of them received a rich neo-Renaissance decoration, while the other was adorned with wooden elements referring to the “Swiss style”.
