We kindly inform you that due to the planned remodelling of our building at 14 Kutuzowa Street into the Centre of Old-time Pottery Techniques our exhibitions will be closed until further notice:

City History Department – from 6th November 2022

Ceramics Department – from 20th November 2022

Admission fees

Admission fees – permanent and temporary exhibitions
(you can visit both departments with one ticket)

– regular: 10 PLN
– reduced (pensioners, disability pensioners, servicemen, and teachers): 5 PLN
– reduced (children and youth): 3 PLN

Guided tours to the museum:

in Polish:
– groups up to 10 people: 30 PLN (plus the ticket price)
– groups over 10 people: 3 PLN per person (plus the ticket price)

in German or English (the price applies to each started hour):
– groups up to 20 people: 150 PLN per 60 min (plus the ticket price)
– groups over 20 people: 8 PLN per 60 min (plus the ticket price)

Guided tours to the city:

in Polish:
– children and youth: 3 PLN per person
– groups up to 10 people: 50 PLN
– groups over 10 people: 5 PLN per person

in German or English (the price applies to each started hour):
– groups up to 20 persons: 150 PLN per 60 min
– groups over 20 persons: 8 PLN per person per 60 min

The following persons are entitled to free admission to the museum:

1. holders of the Bolesławiec Resident Card (Bolesławiecka Karta Mieszkańca) or the Polish Large Family Card (Ogólnopolska Karta Dużej Rodziny),
2. individuals awarded with the Order of the White Eagle, the War Order of Virtuti Militari, the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland or the Medal for Merit to Culture – Gloria Artis,
3. employees of museums included in the State Register of Museums;
4. members of the International Council of Museums (ICOM) or the International Council on Museums and Sites (ICOMOS),
5. holders of the Card of the Pole (Karta Polaka) as referred to in the Act of 7 September 2007 on the Card of the Pole (Polish Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 180, item 1280, and of 2008, No. 52, item 305),
6. children under the age of 7 (except for the educational offer).

 

The following persons are entitled to reduced admission fee:

1. pupils of junior, secondary and artistic schools, students of colleges for teachers and social workers, students and doctoral students, who are citizens of the Member States of the European Union, Swiss Confederation or the Member States of the European Free Trade Agreement (EFTA) – parties to the European Economic Area Agreement,
2. persons over the age of 65, pensioners, disability pensioners, welfare pensioners, and disabled persons and their assistants, who are citizens of the Member States of the European Union, Swiss Confederation or the Member States of the European Free Trade Agreement (EFTA) – parties to the European Economic Area Agreement,
3. teachers at junior, secondary and artistic schools, teachers at educational institutions, educators at tutelary-educational institutions, reformatories, youth detention centres and diagnostic and consultation centres, operating in the Member States of the European Union, Swiss Confederation and the Member States of the European Free Trade Agreement (EFTA) – parties to the European Economic Area Agreement,
4. individuals awarded with the Badge for Preservation of Historical Monuments, the Honorary Badge of Meritorious Activist of Culture, the Honorary Badge of Merit to Polish Culture or the honorary title of the Activist of Merit to the National Culture;
5. war veterans.

We kindly inform you that in the near future the Museum of Ceramics in Bolesławiec will temporarily change the way it functions. Therefore, our exhibitions will be closed to visitors until further notice:
