The Tourist Information Desk was opened on July 1, 2017. In 2018, it was incorporated into the Museum of Ceramics in Bolesławiec. The main task of the Desk is to provide tourists with information on the monuments and tourist attractions of Bolesławiec and the surrounding area, accommodation and catering base, cultural and sporting events taking place in the city, etc. The Desk also offers maps, guides, historical publications dedicated to Bolesławiec, local souvenirs (magnets, bookmarks, postcards, pens, etc.) as well as Bolesławiec pottery. Free wi-fi is available to visitors on the site.
