1000 years of Upper Lusatia - people, castles, towns

Project objective

To study and popularise the historical and cultural heritage of the Silesian-Lusatian borderland based on selected issues. In Bolesławiec, the Napoleonic Wars period will be presented. As part of the project, a temporary exhibition will be arranged with a virtual diorama depicting the Battle of the Bober River in 1813, a historical reconstruction of the Battle of the Bober River will be organised, and a comic book (in 4 language versions: Polish, German, English and French) will be published.
